OUR IMPACT
Girls become physically stronger and develop healthy habits related to exercise and recovery. They explore setting physical limits and how to safely push beyond to foster growth and self-esteem.
HOW?
Ascend provides fitness and yoga classes which encompass all aspects of fitness, including strength, coordination, endurance, flexibility and speed. The training emphasizes the importance of self discipline and that if you keep putting one foot in front of another, you will get to where you want to go. We also provide opportunities for girls to participate in sport events, partnering with other organisations on marathons, sports jamborees, winter sport festivals and other events.
