Although the events in Afghanistan continue to evolve and new realities are starting to emerge, we are still exploring all viable options for evacuations and avenues for resettlement. With the amount of change that is happening, and the pace at which it is happening, caring for the physical and mental health of our girls remains our focus and priority.
As foreign troops continue to leave the country, we want to reiterate that this is not the end. It is the next chapter. We urge the G20 to remember the people of Afghanistan and what has been fought for over the last twenty years. Your influence goes beyond being in the country and Afghanistan needs your attention now, more than ever.
